What does pH-balanced mean and why does it matter?

Your intimate area naturally maintains a pH of around 3.8–4.5. Using products outside this range can disrupt your microbiome and cause irritation, odour, or infections. Our formulas are carefully calibrated to match your body's natural pH, maintaining healthy balance.

When will my Order ship?

Physical orders are formulated and dispatched from our lab within 2–3 business days. Domestic NG delivery takes 3–5 business days via tracked carrier; international shipping takes 7–14 business days. A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the lab. All orders are shipped in discreet, branded packaging so your privacy is always protected.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated at checkout where possible, but may otherwise be the responsibility of the recipient. Some botanical formulations have restrictions in select regions; we'll notify you at checkout.
