To shop with HER BODY LAB, you need to:

• be at least 16 years old;
• have a debit or credit card that we accept (see bottom of page for details of current payment providers); and
• be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).

Some of the goods sold through our website(s) may not be suitable for under 18’s. 

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we’ll use your information. If your details change, remember that you need to update My Account so we can continue giving you our best service (you can also update your marketing preferences there).

Order Placement & Product Price Indication

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.

The main characteristics of the products are shown on each product page on our website. The images and the products offered for sale on herbodlab may not correspond exactly to the true physical product due to the Internet browser, smart phone or monitor used by the customer.

From time to time, we may price an item or order wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.

From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. 

All prices are quoted in US Dollar and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the US at that time. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

Any discount codes issued are subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order).

Please check the final price before placing your order. In the event of in the indication - by REFY Beauty - of the product price or calculation of the amount requested at payment being incorrect, REFY Beauty will reject the order and contact the user to offer them the opportunity to purchase the product or products at the correct price. 

The purchase price of the product(s) and the cost for their delivery as indicated on the order summary page will be charged to your account at the moment in which your order is shipped.

HER BDY LAB owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights on its website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All rights are reserved.

You’re allowed to store, print and display our website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the website or it’s content for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.
